Clifford J. Kloc, PE, SE

Mr. Kloc has over 40 years in the engineering consulting field. His background covers managing civil, structural, architectural and multi-disciplined projects through development of scope, economic analysis, engineering contract negotiations to completion of construction. He has material handling experience which includes design of foundations and structures for transfer towers, conveyor galleries, vibration isolation in buildings, dumpers and hoppers. Mr. Kloc’s work experience has been in the steel, oil, utility and institutional markets. Mr. Kloc has developed excellent client relationships with his ability to provide contract specifications, documents, and compliance to regulatory agencies and dealing with municipal and government bodies on fast track projects.

Mr Kloc has performed engineering services in most of the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Over the past ten years, Mr. Kloc has been involved in the design and installation of more than a dozen Static VAR compensators (SVC) for both our utility and primary metal clients. This work includes project costing, site preparation, foundations and structure design and control buildings. Other projects that Mr. Kloc has worked on include: crane runway design and upgrading, baghouses and precipitators installations, industrial buildings, storage bins and hoppers, plate and welding design, street sewer and topographical surveys.
