Construction Management

Construction Management services place the combined skills of design professionals and construction contractors under the client's control, while permitting application of management disciplines such as critical path management analysis and value engineering. Construction management is a contractual arrangement in which the Construction Manager contracts directly with the client for distinct services in a consultant capacity.
