Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

Selected Candidate will be responsible for the electrical design and engineering portion as it relates to the client’s project. BSEE with minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil refinery, power plant and/or steel manufacturing industries required.

Core Requirements:

• Handle projects in all areas of electrical engineering including conceptual design, estimating, equipment specification, detailed design, equipment inspection, field installation, and start-ups inclusive of client interaction.
• Posses the ability to check project documents in accordance with national and client standards.
• Perform design calculations for power distribution systems for industrial buildings and structures.
• Work with AC and DC motors as well as the installation and configuration of VFDs.
• Work with Low/Medium voltage parameters. High voltage knowledge an added plus (60kV, 139kV, and 345kV).
• Perform power system evaluations and analysis - Utility distribution and substation work required.

IN/IL PE license is an added plus.
