Superior Engineering was contracted to design and manage the renovation of an outdated campus cafeteria. The project timeline was a critical and the work needed to be completed within an 8-week period.
S/E worked in conjunction with kitchen equipment suppliers to design a cafeteria that was both appealing and efficient. In addition to the overall design, S/E managed the process of rerouting existing utilities to accommodate the new equipment and lighting design.
In the end, S/E provided our client with a with state-of-the-art cafeteria, creating an enjoyable space for employees to gather (and eat).
