Mr. Hills, as General Manager is responsible for operations of Superior Engineering, LLC, in addition is responsible for directing and executing all design engineering and project management functions of Superior Engineering, LLC. This includes:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Applying and executing total engineering and project management processes - problem identification and analysis, alternate solution identification and analysis, design engineering documents development, and project management & controls
• S/E personnel management & development
• S/E project & engineering processes & procedures development and maintenance
• Continual improvement of technical & project skills and capabilities

Mr Hills has 28 years of experience and has provided leadership and project management on a wide variety of projects involving new equipment & systems as well as modernization of existing facilities.
