As Superior Engineering continues to expand its capabilities, we are pleased to announce that we are now certified to perform work for the Indiana Department of Transportation. Our initial involvement with INDOT will focus on bridge design and will quickly develop to support other sectors of Indiana’s transportation infrastructure.
INDOT is responsible for construction and maintenance of Indiana’s state roads, interstates and U.S. routes including overpasses and ramps. This includes more than 11,000 miles of roadways including 14 interstate highways, 6,000 bridges and 4,500 miles of railways. INDOT is one of the state’s largest agencies and employs nearly 3,600 employees.
