St. Patrick’s Day was extra special this year at Superior Engineering. To start, our “jeans day” (employees who donate $5.00 to our chosen charity are allowed to wear jeans to work) fell on this festive day. All proceeds from “jeans day” are matched dollar-for-dollar by S/E, and donated to a charitable cause, selected by our staff. This month we raised $1,600 for the family of Mr. Gary Ooms, as they support their son Derek in his battle against ALS.
Employees received an additional surprise that day, as the management team prepared green pancakes for the entire company. The verdict is still out on who had the best flip, but the green pancakes were magically delicious! The S/E family always enjoys the opportunity to gather together and rally around a great cause, and this month was certainly a special one for us. We extend a sincere thank you to everyone who contributed and made this great day possible.
