Ronald W. Lapinski Jr., PE

In his role as Senior Manager of Projects, Mr. Lapinski is responsible for directing and executing all projects in the chemical, steel, utility/energy and institutional markets. Ron has over 30 years of experience in the engineering consulting and construction fields. His background covers managing civil, structural, architectural and multi-disciplined projects through appropriation studies, development of scope, economic analysis, engineering contract negotiations to completion of construction. Mr. Lapinski’s experience includes; new and/or retrofit of industrial and commercial buildings, roads and bridges, equipment and process additions, environmental controls and improvements, substations and high voltage towers, pipe lines and material handling systems. Ron has developed excellent client relationships with his ability to provide high value in his analysis of contract specifications and compliance to regulatory agencies, highlighted by his select skill set tailored to municipal and government bodies on fast track projects.
