Thank you for visiting our booth at the Career Expo! Superior Engineering has a variety of opportunities for current students and recent graduates. From internships to entry-level positions, we welcome the future generation of professional engineers!
Internships
Engineering internships are available to students entering their junior and senior years pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Design Engineering internships are available for students pursuing a BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering Technology.
We also offer part-time positions for the above roles throughout the school year.
In addition, we also have a Network Support intern position available for students pursuing a Computer Science or Network Administration degree. General duties would include Help Desk support, solving simple networking issues, adding new users to the system, preparing PCs for a new employee, and maintaining production equipment.

Superior Engineering offers a competitive wage and benefits package. As an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) company, our employees receive stock allocations per the ESOP that assists an employee with their retirement goals without cost to the employee. In addition to the ESOP, we provide a 401K of which the company has the ability to contribute through match contributions and profit sharing contributions in addition to the employee’s deferral.
